Bookings can be made online, through our booking system, or by phone. A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation and, where applicable, once the payment or guarantee has been validated. Cancellation conditions depend on the rate chosen at the time of booking and are communicated to you before completion. For bookings at standard rates, cancellation is free until one day before check-in. For non-refundable bookings, the full amount is paid at the time of booking and is not refunded if the booking is changed or cancelled. For changes or cancellations, please contact us in good time.
Vila Siago: check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Siago Apartments: check-in between 16:00 and 23:00, check-out between 07:00 and 11:00. Check-in is online and contactless, with an access code sent via WhatsApp. For arrivals outside these hours, please let us know in advance.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are not accepted. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00. The minimum age at check-in is 18. Failure to comply with the rules may result in termination of the stay without a refund.
